There is no genuine joy, happiness, pleasure, delight, health or love in being stuck and unmoveable…
There is nothing that says you have to be broken forever. In fact you’re not broken at all.
On the contrary being whole is your default state. You simply must choose to take the actions and change YOUR internal conversations and self to return there.
And no, I’m not talking about chanting a hundred affirmations a day, or looking at yourself in the mirror and giving yourself a fake smile, or faking it until you make it…
I’m talking about real life, internal connection, awareness, and actions that allow you to fully be whole.
